This is the registration form for Horse Mogul, an online horse game. You do not have to pay real money to play, although there are features that do require payment to access.

You MUST provide a valid e-mail address or you will not be able to play. If you do not confirm your account within 72 hours, your account will be deleted and you will have to register again.

If you are a US resident, to open an account and/or participate at HorseMogul.com you must:
a) be a natural person assigned to the e-mail address submitted on your account and be at least 18 years old;
b) be a U.S. citizen or resident alien with a U.S. address;
c) be physically located within the U.S.;
d) be physically located in a U.S. state in which participation on the site is not prohibited.

The rules governing skill-based contests with entry fees and/or prizes are set up by each individual state and not by the federal government. Based on the 50 sets of laws, withdraws in excess of deposits and other promotional prizes are not available to residents of: Arkansas, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Tennessee, or Vermont.
